Customers

Eco-lamps.co.uk is a trade distributor only – we do not sell to end users. If you are a business please see our “Trade Shop” area for more information about how to register as a reseller. If you are an end-user please see our “Links / Where to buy” area for a list of resellers.

Delivery
At www.eco-lamps.co.uk all our products are well packaged and sent via our reliable carriers, as soon as your order arrives. Please allow 21 WORKING DAYS for delivery. The majority of our orders arrive sooner than this but we have to allow for 'low or out of stock' circumstances. If required, E-mail us to enquire about delivery dates & product availability.

Postage
We will only send to Mainland Great Britain all charges are in our postage section on the website. Please note there may be additional charges if you are located in a remote area.

Tax
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, unless stated otherwise.

International Customers
Please note that we are a UK company and all our products are priced & charged in UK sterling. We DO NOT ship outside the UK.

Returns Policy
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced providing you keep all the relevant packaging and inform us as soon as the damage is noticed (we require as much information as possible).
If returning a product, please follow the procedures listed below.

The customer is responsible for the postage charges on returns items (we suggest the sender uses recorded delivery for safety).

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification or Pre-Orders. To cancel you can e-mail us, or write to us (see returns details above) within 7 days of delivery of your items, quoting your order. You must take reasonable care of the items and you must not use them.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you send to www.eco-lamps.co.uk is classed as extremely confidential. We do not sell any details on to any other party. From time to time we do send out e-mails and letters concerning up-coming sales or special offers to our previous customers, but you can be taken off this list at your request. Your privacy is another of our key principles (together with transaction security).
